Despite well publicised health risks and extensive legislation covering the management, removal and disposal of asbestos, the problem of asbestos in the workplace remains.
The Arcadia Group Ltd along with contractor Vincents (Shopfitters) Ltd were prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive.
